Learning Strategies is an organization class offered to students in Middle and High School that are enrolled in the accommodations program offered through REACH. This class is optional to the student and family depending on the student’s class schedule. The REACH instructor teaches students with learning differences organizational techniques and specific study skills unique to the student’s learning style. Learning Strategies is designed to help the students utilize tools to develop independence in their core classes. This class is not a tutoring session or resource class. Students feel successful during the class because it provides a comfortable environment and class period to complete their course work.
