Mary Neese grew up in Alabama and attended Troy State University, where she received a BS degree in Special Education. Mrs. Neese has lived in Alabama, Texas, Costa Rica, Africa, and Mississippi. She has taught school for twenty-plus years in 1st-3rd elementary grades, SLD grades 3rd -5th, special education self-contained class, and presently in the REACH program at Hartfield.
Mrs. Neese is married to her husband, Shelby, and has one son, Tim, a daughter, Ashley, and five grandchildren.
