Hartfield Family and Friends,
The founders of Hartfield Academy envisioned a school that was unlike any other. As a covenant Christian school we seek to challenge our students academically, but also provide a place that cultivates spiritual growth in their lives. Each day I have the privilege of seeing this vision lived out in our hallways and the result is a school where faith and learning are valued. The experience our students receive daily is Undeniably Different.
Hartfield is different for many reasons. Our mission, our faculty and staff, and our students set us apart from a culture that is growing increasingly adverse to the gospel. At Hartfield, we believe a strong school community is an effective and necessary assistance to parents in their training of the next generation. The way we teach and lead our students has to be more intentional than ever before.
So how do we respond when we realize we are called to be Undeniably Different? As a school, we need to put ourselves in a position to be successfully fulfilling that calling today and in the future. I am excited to share that our leadership believes we have put a plan in place that helps us achieve our mission in even greater ways for years to come. This plan enhances our academic experience with state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. It promotes our student life and spiritual gatherings with a new theater that will facilitate drama productions and enrich our weekly times of chapel that we call Awakening. It expands our campus to improve traffic flow and relieve a congested and limited parking lot. We have included renovations to relocate our playground to a safer environment and to expand our outdoor courtyard to contribute to the daily atmosphere that all students enjoy. The proposed changes are truly remarkable.
Hartfield clearly has an Undeniably Different mission and I believe we have been invited to step into this calling in a greater way than ever before. This capital campaign asks each one of us to boldly step forward and be a part of what God is doing. How is God leading you to be a part? Please pray about giving sacrificially to this project. I cannot think of a more significant way to impact our community and God’s kingdom than investing in the lives of our young people. Join me in being a part of a school that is Undeniably Different.
With gratitude and anticipation for all that God has in store,
