When: Tuesday, May 16th from 7:30 am- 1:00 pm/ 5:30 pm- 8:00 pm and Wednesday, May 17th from 7:30 am- 9:00am
Where: West Campus Cafeteria
All donations will receive either credit towards a Hawk-Closet purchase or a gift receipt to use as a taxable donation for your 2017 taxes!
To Donate: Please send any items you can no longer use in a bag with a sheet of paper (form attached for your convenience) included in the bag that has your name and student’s name with a list of items in your bag and sizes. Please, also label the individual items with the correct sizes (masking tape works well, or tags, labels, paper taped, etc.)
When to Donate: Friday, May 12th or Monday, May 15th at either campus during school hours.
Send your bag with your child or drop it off at the front office at either campus, during school hours. The sale will be at the WEST campus only! Items dropped off at the East campus will be taken over to our west campus!
When and How To Purchase: We will have all items set-up in the West Campus Cafeteria Tuesday (16th) and Wednesday (17th) starting at 7:30am and go until 3:00. First come, first served!
To receive credit towards another purchase: We will have a form at the sale with your credits listed.
To get your gift receipt: If you will not be shopping at the Hawk Closet Sale, please indicate this on your description paper inside your bag of donations. You can pick-up your gift receipt at the sale by last name, or we will email out those not picked up!
