Hartfield Academy presents the 11th annual Hart & Soul Fall Festival Fundraiser!

We could not be more excited for the 11th annual Hart & Soul Fundraiser for Hartfield Academy! This Hartfield Parent Association sponsored event will be fun for the whole family and will include carnival games, treats, fun activities, and much more! 
This year’s Hart & Soul event on October 24th is one you don’t want to miss. The Fall Festival will take place at our Main Campus from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm, and will include endless opportunities for family fun! We can’t wait to see all of you at our Fall Festival on Thursday, October 24th!

Buy a Hart & Soul apparel item to wear to school on Thursday, October 24, 2024. The deadline to buy your t-shirt is September 29th!

BUY ARMBANDS FOR ENTRY!
Purchase a student armband for your child to play games, enjoy bounce houses, and receive prizes.  Student armbands are for any child in grades K3-12. All children 2 and under get in free. In order to receive a prize pack (no matter the age), you must purchase a student wristband. Adult armbands include admission to the event only. Purchase your armbands online here. The deadline to preorder armbands will be Tuesday, October 15th.

Preordered discount price:
  • Child/Student Armband: $25
  • Adult Armband: $5
At the gate:
  • Child/Student Armband: $30
  • Adult Armband: $10


WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! 
Hart and Soul 2024 is going to be fun for all our students, faculty, staff, and families at Hartfield and we would be so thankful for your willingness to serve to help make this event the best it can be! With the links below, you will find dates/times and places we need volunteers. Event volunteers are scheduled in 30-minute time slots. If you are able to serve more than 30 minutes or multiple days, we would be so grateful! 



SIGN UP TO BAKE FOR OUR ANNUAL BAKE SALE!
Do you love baking sweet treats? We would love to use your items for the Hart & Soul bake sale! All parents are invited to participate!
 
All baked goods must be turned in to Hartfield by 8 A.M. on October 24th. We will be picking up items at carpool to make it easy on you! We will then package all items to be ready for the Bake Sale. For more details or if you would like to sign up, please use this link.
