Hartfield Academy wraps up an exciting fall sports season, the Hawks are celebrating a series of impressive achievements in cross country, volleyball, cheer and dance, and girls' soccer. With dedicated athletes and coaches across all teams, Hartfield has had another season of highlights, records, and championships.
Cross Country In the 6A division, the girls’ team finished an outstanding 2nd place overall, while the boys secured a strong 3rd place finish. Several individual runners also placed in the Top 10:
Girls Individual: Ella Rankin (2nd), Kate Miller (3rd), Shields Nesbit (8th), and Faylyn Simpson (10th)
Boys Individual: Memphis King (9th) and Sawyer Santos (10th)
Spirit Teams Hartfield’s spirit teams brought incredible energy and talent to competitions, adding multiple championships to their titles:
JV Cheer: Large Tumbling Champions and Large Gameday Champions
Varsity Cheer: Medium Tumbling Champions and Medium Gameday Champions
JV Dance: Medium Kick Champions and Medium Pom Champions
Varsity Dance: Medium Kick Runner-Up Champions
Softball Adding an incredible achievement to the fall season, Hartfield’s softball team secured their second straight MAIS Class 6A State Championship! The team proudly defended their title with amazing wins over MRA.
Congratulations to all Hartfield athletes, coaches, and families for a fantastic season filled with hard work, achievements, and representing our school well. We can’t wait to see what’s next for Hartfield Athletics!
