Hartfield Academy’s campus was alive with energy as students returned for the first day of the 2024-2025 school year. Laughter and noise filled the hallways as friends reunited after the summer break, exchanging stories and catching up. The excitement was contagious as students navigated their way to new classrooms, eager to see their teachers and classmates again.
Teachers were equally thrilled to have their classrooms full once more. Many had spent the summer preparing lessons and setting up their classrooms to create a welcoming environment for their students. "There’s nothing like the first day of school," said Mrs. Deanna Elliott, Hartfield 56 Principal. Mrs. Elliott was extra excited as this was the first day of our new program, Hartfield 56. With more than the start of a new program, Hartfield had an entire new Junior High building where students figured out their new class schedule and got to see all the new things.
As the day unfolded, the joy of being back together was evident throughout the school. From the discussions in the classrooms to the laughter echoing from the playground, it was clear that Hartfield was ready to embrace the new school year! We are ready to see how the Lord with use Hartfield and its community for great things this year!
