What Students are Learning at Hartfield's College Fair
Every September, Hartfield Academy hosts a College Fair and all High School students attend. With over 50 schools in attendance, from all over the United States, our students have the opportunity to meet and interface with college representatives at school they may have never considered!
A large thank you to High School Counselor, Mrs. Amy Thornton, for putting on a wonderful event. When it comes to planning for college, she is available and hands-on in helping our students sign up for the ACT, visit with college representatives, prepare for interviews, apply for scholarships, and understand the college application process. The College Fair is one step closer to helping our students start that process.
Here are five things Hartfield students will learn from attending the college fair:
Students get to interact with representatives from several colleges.
Discover new colleges that may not have been on their radar.
Find out about scholarships.
College representatives can tell you about everything from academics to campus life at their college, and they can also answer general questions about college.
Find out which colleges students are interested in.
A big thank you to the colleges and universities who visited Hartfield!
Hartfield Academy is fully accredited by both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the MidSouth Association of Independent Schools (MAIS), the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Southern Association of independent Schools (SAIS).
